Changes with VRBO’s payouts are making it more difficult for owners to track what is actually owed to them and their guests.

Enter date of stay.
Enter Guest name
Use the payment received boxes to check off when the first and second payments have been deposited into your checking account.
Check off the last box when the guest has received his/her damage deposit. When the guest receives their damage deposit, check your vacation rental checking account to be sure it was not deducted from your funds.
